Re: ANYTIME announces Andrew Yap takes over as Chairman and CEO

We would like to inform you that with immediate effect, Andrew Yap will be taking over ANYTIME’s CEO’s and Chairman’s duties from Mr. Craig Zimbulis and Mr. Greg Coote respectively

Mr. Coote has decided to step down from his position as Chairman as of 8th November 2007. ANYTIME together with its board of directors would like to thank Mr. Coote for all his contributions to date and wish him well.

Mr. Zimbulis left ANYTIME on 4th October 2007.

It is a natural evolution for any company to experience some renewal of management. Upon successful completion of ANYTIME’s corporate and financial restructuring, Andrew Yap will be introducing several executives to further strengthen the management team at ANYTIME. ANYTIME’s service will continue without interruption during this corporate and finance restructuring period.

We expect the restructuring to be completed by Christmas 2007.
