ANYTIME and Celestial Pictures sign Video On Demand distribution deal

Singapore, March 30, 2006 - ANYTIME, Asia's largest Video On Demand channel, and Celestial Pictures have reached a long-term distribution agreement.

In May 2006, 50 titles from Celestial's Shaw Brothers library, the world's largest Chinese film Collection, will be available on the ANYTIME Video On Demand channel over Buddy Broadband in Thailand.

Key titles to be distributed by ANYTIME include martial-arts classics such as The Shadow Boxer, Heaven and Hell, and The Magic Blade.

Plans are underway to make Celestial's Shaw Brothers library available through Video on Demand services in other countries across Asia Pacific.

ANYTIME President and Chief Executive Officer Craig Zimbulis says the agreement opens up a wealth of quality Chinese programming for ANYTIME viewers.

"Celestial Pictures has the best range of Chinese films in the world. We're very pleased to be entering into a partnership with them, and look forward to making their collection of fine films accessible to our customers. This is content that ANYTIME viewers want to have available, on-demand."

Ranging from martial-arts to horror, and period dramas to action movies, Celestial's Shaw Brothers library contains the most extensive collection of Chinese language films in the world. It encompasses 760 films, including many blockbusters featuring stars such as Stephen Chow, Jet Li, Gordon Liu, Cheng Pei Pei, Ti Lung, David Chiang, and Alexander Fu Sheng.

Chief Executive Officer of Celestial Pictures William Pfeiffer says Celestial Pictures is delighted to be working with ANYTIME in a Video On Demand arrangement.

"This long-term relationship for Video on Demand delivery of our titles is great news for Chinese film viewers. The agreement with ANYTIME allows us to share the gems of Hong Kong cinema with our current fans as well as new audiences. It will also give people added choice, control and convenience in what they want to watch."

ANYTIME provides video content owners, such as Celestial Pictures, with a streamlined process for getting product to market, giving fast access to new audiences and revenue streams.
