ANYTIME signs distribution agreement with TDMC in Taiwan

Hollywood blockbusters available on-demand to TDMC@TV customers

Singapore, April 20, 2006 - ANYTIME, Asia's largest Video on-Demand channel, today announced a distribution deal with TDMC of Taiwan.

The agreement makes a wide variety of movies from Hollywood's leading studios available on-demand to TDMC@TV customers.

The ANYTIME channel will be delivered over secure ADSL broadband connections with set-top boxes and will be available before the end of this month.

Chairman of TDMC Wong Zhong Zhen said the ease and convenience of Video on-Demand backed by ANYTIME's premium content will attract many new customers to the TDMC@TV service. "ANYTIME has output deals with more Hollywood studios and Asian content creators than any other Video on-Demand channel. The new ANYTIME channel on TDMC@TV will give viewers in Taiwan easy access to the most popular, up-to-date entertainment, when they want it."

ANYTIME President and Chief Executive Officer Craig Zimbulis says the agreement with TDMC is a significant development for Video on-Demand in Asia. "TDMC is pushing the boundaries of on-Demand entertainment. It's providing people with easy access to premium Hollywood movie content from ANYTIME, karaoke on-demand, and web radio broadcast services. It's setting the pace for deployment of on-demand entertainment in Taiwan and the region."

ANYTIME can provide VoD carriers with a complete programming solution covering content and metadata, data encoding and encryption, interface development and promo material production.
