SYDNEY, June 6, 2006 - Mel Gibson & Bruce Davey's Australian entity, Icon Film Distribution Pty Ltd, and ANYTIME, the world's leading supplier of Video on-Demand programming for IPTV, Broadband and Digital cable networks, today announced a non-exclusive distribution agreement covering Australia & New Zealand.

Icon Film Distribution's library includes box office hits and multi-award winning highlights such as:

MATCH POINT - written & directed by Woody Allen, starring Brian Cox, Matthew Goode and    Scarlett Johansson
LITTLE FISH - directed by Rowan Woods, starring Cate Blanchett, Hugo Weaving & Sam Neil,    winner of five Australian Film Industry Awards, including Best Actor and Best Actress
CRASH - directed by Paul Haggis, starring Sandra Bullock, Don headle, Matt Dillon, winner of    three Academy Awards®, including Best Picture
MONSTER - directed by Patty Jenkins, starring Charlize Theron, winner of an Academy Award®    for Best Actress in a Leading Role
THE PASSION OF THE CHRIST - directed by Mel Gibson

ANYTIME President and Chief Executive Officer Craig Zimbulis says the
agreement with ICON gives ANYTIME viewers more choice in entertainment.

From July 2006, a selection of Icon titles will be available on the ANYTIME channel through TransACT and Regional Internet Australia (RIA).
