New agreement sees ANYTIME VoD Channel available to TransACT customers well into 2009

Sydney, November 23, 2006 - ANYTIME, Asia Pacific’s leading Video on-Demand channel, announced today that TransACT, a provider of television, broadband and phone services in Australia, has extended its agreement to deliver the ANYTIME channel.

The new contract will see the most popular Hollywood blockbuster movies and local productions delivered on-demand to TransACT customers, through the TransTV service, for at least another three years.

TransACT is a pioneer of digital entertainment in Australia being the first to offer an on-demand movie service in 2003. The ANYTIME Channel on TransTV, the first on-demand channel in Australia with Hollywood content, has been available since April 2005.

ANYTIME provides TransACT with a complete programming solution covering content and metadata, data encoding and encryption, interface development and promo material production.

ANYTIME on TransTV currently offers a range of over 150 blockbuster and art house movies. TransACT will explore enhancements to the service including introducing on-demand TV content and offering a wider selection of movies.
