‘ANYTIME on VOLT and the ANYTIME channel to offer movies
from Village Roadshow Pictures in Australia
SINGAPORE, April 17, 2007 – ANYTIME, Asia Pacific’s
dominant Video on-Demand (VoD) content company today announced a
distribution agreement with Roadshow Entertainment covering Australia
and New Zealand.
The agreement sees a range of movies produced by Village
Roadshow Pictures available on the ANYTIME on VOLT service at www.anytime-tv.com
and through the ANYTIME movie channel on TransACT’s TransTV
and the soon to be launched MyNexus service with Regional Internet
Australia (RIA).
ANYTIME on VOLT is a new VoD service in Australia that brings the
latest Hollywood and local blockbuster movies to consumers. TV shows
and music programming will be added to the service progressively.
From today, Australians can log-on to ANYTIME on VOLT and choose
from a selection of current and classic titles from Village Roadshow
Pictures including Firewall, Rumour Has It, Charlie and the Chocolate
Factory and Zoolander.
